CAPC Brokerage LLC is a subsidiary of New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC) a nonprofit community development financial institution with a large portfolio of homes across the state of NJ. CAPC Brokerage serves as the real estate brokerage which handles purchases, sales, and rentals of the NJCC portfolio of properties. In addition to servicing the organization’s portfolio of properties, CAPC Brokerage agents manage their own personal listings as well.

Candidates for the position should meet the following criteria:

• Hold an active NJ real estate license
• Completed at minimum of 5transactions as a real estate agent
• Confident in managing a listing from start to finish independently
• Membership in Bright MLS and South Jersey Shore Regional MLS
